Orders and returns

How to order

1. Online

By credit or debit card online at www.thebagboutique.co.uk. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron (UK £ only). All credit and debit card transactions are carried out by HSBC Secure ePayments who are a dedicated 3rd party payment processing service, the credit card details entered by you are made directly into the HSBC secure payment server. The Bag Boutique does not receive information relating to your credit card details.

2. By telephone, fax or e-mail

Orders can be placed by telephone, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 12.00pm on 0844 884 5402. For orders outside of these times, please leave a message with your contact details and we will return your call as soon as possible. Orders can also be accepted by email at sales@thebagboutique.co.uk.

3. By Cheque

UK bank account holders may pay by cheque made payable to 'The Bag Boutique' your cheque together with details of your order should be sent to 9 Spire View, Bottesford, Nottingham, NG13 0FL. If paying by cheque, please note that we cannot dispatch goods until we have confirmation that cleared funds have reached our account. In this case, please allow 10 days to receive your order.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery is charged at £4.00 for all UK orders, unfortunately we are unable to deliver goods outside of the UK. If items are in stock, we aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days. Please allow 5 working days for delivery, but during busy periods please allow 7 working days. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery, so please provide an address where someone can sign for the goods.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item/s please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please return the item/s (undamaged) with the original packaging from any post office to:

within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase.

Returns are processed as soon as they are received, when sending a return, you must ask for a proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. Distance Selling Regulations

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund minus original postage costs and you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. Please note all items must be fit for resale. You must contact us either by telephone 0844 884 5402 or by e-mail at sales@thebagboutique.co.uk to advise us that you intend to return the item/s.
